Ciao!

Well it may seem a little pretentious for an English speaker like me, but I take every opportunity I get to incorporate some of the languages I’ve studied (and yet to master,) in everything I do, plus, ciao is perfect for hello AND come again, no?

Thank you for either stumbling across my blog and staying, or signing up to follow me-either way.  My name is Susan Wolfe, and I hope that you enjoy the selection of poems and short stories that you find here.

It seems that I am always updating this Welcome page, since I’m always learning new WP tricks, but today I feel that I am completely satisfied…until next new exciting theme comes along.

So you heard I’m interesting and you want to know a little bit more, huh?

ABOUT ME:

Well, besides being the chief cook and bottle washer for my family, including my two young teen boys, I have finally got to the stage in my life that I can say I am a writer. Like most writers, I’ve been writing ever since I can remember, and though I’ve always been applauded for this talent, I had never really embraced it or taken it seriously. If asked, I would most likely say, “Oh yeah, I can write.” Of course then, most people didn’t really believe me, and for a good part of my life I am not sure I even believed myself.

Now I no longer look for approval: I do know I have been granted this talent: what I now seek is the opportunity to share what I’ve kept hidden for so long.

I invite you to join me on this journey, that has started out as a path towards self realisation.
